🔧 Step 2: Connect the Hardware

Wiring Overview:

• Moisture Sensor:

  • VCC → Arduino 5V

  • GND → Arduino GND

  • A0 → Arduino A0

• Relay Module:

  • IN → Digital Pin 7

  • VCC → Arduino 5V

  • GND → Arduino GND

• Water Pump:

  • Connect pump’s bare wires to a screw terminal

  • Screw terminal → Relay’s NO (normally open)

  • GND from screw terminal connects to Arduino GND

• 5V Power Source:

  • Connect power source bare wires to a screw terminal

  • Connect GND to Arduino GND

  • Connect VCC to Relay's COM
